Is it the Hair?

Rachel & Hayden came down this past weekend
for my niece Marisha's graduation
Rachel was holding Evelyn in the bleachers
and it hit me how much they look alike!
What do you think,
is it the hair?
Rachel looks so good!
Getting back to normal weight
(not the bone skinny chemo look)
now that the majority of treatments
are over!!!!
Looks like they both
may have hair by winter

  2. Thats what I thought! When Erika & Rachel were babies, they were almost identical...It it were not for the background, I could not tell them apart in newborn photos....the other girl? Maybe shes just having a bad day, she looks so sad & alone. Another for the prayer list.

  6. I must have missed something. I didn't know your daughter had cancer, so I went back and read those posts. I'm so glad to hear she's in remission and almost done with chemo treatments. I know they can really do a number on you.
My dad's sister and my grandpa's sister are my only two female blood relatives (besides my mom and grandma), and both of them got breast cancer a couple years ago. My aunt was in her forties and lost all her hair the first time. Fastforward a year and then my aunt got leukemia and is still out on medical leave. She hasn't lost her hair yet and probably won't this time around, so she's happy about that. I pray for a cure to cancer every day!
