Erika just sent this to me…

Every once in a Mom Just has to kick BUTT!

Look at the dog's face... This has to be what he is thinking.

"What just happened?

Did I just get my butt kicked by a squirrel?!!".

Have you ever rescued or “kicked butt” for one of yours?

Ok, not actually KICKED butt …you know what I mean!

  1. Sorry, I was cheering for the squirrel. And yes, way too many times people have encountered a Mother Bear when they've gone after my children. Many times I should have stood down and let them handle it themselves. I will pat myself on the back though and say at times I've defended others against my own children...when they were wrong.

  2. Too funny! I am waiting for the paint to dry in Brystans new "teenager" room, so I thought I would pop in for a cup of coffee. I often feel like that mother squirrel!

  3. No one has seen a Momma Bear until they have seen me protecting my son! Even though he could kick my butt now.... 5'7" tall, I will still protect him!

    Cute pics! :)

  4. LOL! I have a dog that can attest to the meanness of squirrels! We have one that comes to the sliding glass door and actually knocks to get a rise out of Rugby! Your photo evidence is hilarious!!!
