They have the keys! We spent the evening prepping for paint so… all the walls have been washed, bathroom scrubbed
Cabinets cleaned and ready for shelf paper, she has a large kitchen but very limited storage, need to get creative to make it work.
Drop cloths are down and ready…
We are hoping to have all the painting completed today with touch-ups tomorrow…..but we shall see. 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room are a lot for 4-5 people in one day..unless Isaiah helps
Armed with sales Ad’s they are off to pick out paint and other supplies including a fridge & stove.
The hardware store is going to love them when they see the “gotta-get” list.
I wonder if they know they need to gain a “best friend” at the hardware store. After all, as new homeowners they will be spending a lot of time & $ there!
Might as well make it fun.
Have fun, painting is one of my least favorite jobs!!
ReplyDeleteThat's a whole lot of painting! Good luck with it!
ReplyDeleteYES! You can do it! You may regret it afterwards though, when the muscles you didn't know you had, start aching!
ReplyDeleteBut there's not much nicer than a freshly painted walls, is there?
Have fun, and let us know how it goes...
Katie
